1. Appointment Cancellation
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment without any charges if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Cancellation:
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, and a cancellation fee may apply.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
2. Program/Package Cancellation
- Single Service/Session Purchases:
- If you cancel a single service or session before it has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that cancellation is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Cancellations after the service or session has commenced will not be eligible for refunds.
- Packages and Subscription Plans:
- If you wish to cancel a package or subscription plan, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and before the program or plan begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the commencement of the program or if the program has been used in part.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction within 10 to 15 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- In case of delay due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you about the revised refund date.
- Refunds may be subject to a processing fee, depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
4. Exceptions
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as assessments, consultations, or products specifically marked as non-refundable, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Medical Cancellations: If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, you may be required to provide a doctor’s note, and we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
5. Changes to this Policy
